James Tanner is a Utah and federal employment law attorney. He focuses his practice on employment law matters, with federal employees, Utah public sector, and private sector employees. James Tanner is a Utah federal employment and general employment law attorney. He opened his private law practice in 1998 after he retired from a career in the federal government. His son, Richard Tanner, joined the law office in 2006. James is a member of the Utah State Bar. He is admitted to practice before Utah State Courts and the U. S. District Court for the District of Utah. He has represented numerous employment law clients throughout the State of Utah, including employees or former employees from the Salt Lake City area, Hill Air Force Base and the Ogden-Layton area Logan to St. George, Roosevelt, Wendover, Tooele, and other Wasatch Front communities.
